What makes your samples better than any others?

Our samples are the only true 'industry standard' samples. This means they have been mixed by pro sound engineers/producers, using years of experience in a industry standard studio with top line equipment - all to give a loud, punchy and polished sound.

What am I purchasing?

The product you are purchasing is a zipped file of audio 'samples', for use in music productions. For instance, if you are purchasing a drum library, you are purchasing a set of drum sounds that you can use in your software or keyboard.

How will my items be delivered to me?

All items are delivered digitally. Your items will be sent to the email address you provide during your order, in a zipped file ready for you to download and use straight away.

Will these sounds work with my software/keyboard/workstation?

Our sounds are provided in 16bit wav format - which is suitable for almost all major software/keyboards/workstations. Here is a short list of the software our products are compatible with:

How long will it take to get my items?

Your items are sent to you automatically by email after your order. You will usually get your items in under five minutes!

Are these sounds 'royalty free'

Yes, you are free to use all our samples however you wish - with no royalty fees due, ever!

What if i change my mind and want a refund?

You can take advantage of our 100% no questions asked refund policy. Simply email us with your order number within 30 days after your purchase date and we will either provide a replacement product of your choosing, or give you your money back - your choice!

What format are the samples in?

Our samples are in .wav format (16 bit, sample rate 44.1 unless otherwise stated) and are fit for use in almost any major music software or workstation.

What Is Your Refund/Returns Policy?

All products purchased on our website (theproducerschoice.com) are covered by a robust 100% money back guarantee. Producers Choice Ltd. will refund your purchase in full - providing you submit a request in writing either by email (to support@theproducerschoice.com) or by postal mail (to 3 Kelvin Street, Manchester, England, M4 1ET).

Your refund will be processed back to your card or bank account within 30 days of your submission of refund request.
